What supplies do I need?
Here's a list of all the items you need for Kamp workouts... Remember the most important investment you'll ever make is investing in YOURSELF - Stability Ball - Exercise Mat/Towel - Jump rope - Resistance bands (it's helpful to get at least 2 levels of resistance/tensions. I'm using heavy and medium throughout the series - At least one pair of heavier dumbbells (I'm using 10 and 12 pounds). If you're using water bottles, get a 1-gallon bottle. You'll also need a Lighter pair of Dumbbells (I'm using 5-pound weights). If you're using water bottles, get two 1.5 litre bottles. Stretch band with handles - Ankle weights (if you're a beginner start out with 1 pound each, I'm using 3 pounds throughout the series. If you can get your hands on the ones that are adjustable, that would be best!) And that's it!! You'll always be able to use these to create your own at home gym. In fact, I recommend revisiting these workouts over and over each time improving in strength, fitness, heavier weights and more rounds.
